Help : Cannot apply patch 2519->2524 because of "file missing" error

Hello, I'm looking for some help.

I managed to apply patches to my game until version 2516 without issues. Then, when patching 2516->2519 I had an error pop up (i didnt screenshot this one but it's similar looking to the next error), but apparently the patch still applied.
So I tried applying 2519->2524, and there it got stuck with an error "Some files do not exist or have incorrect hash" that prevents the patch from applying.

I tried manually putting the missing file from a friend's up-to-date Rust version to mine, but the problem persists, probably because the patch 2519->2524 requires the files to be the 2519 version and my friend's file was too recent (and thus yielded a different hash than the one the patch expected).

Does anyone know a fix to this ? Maybe some way to get that specific file from that specific version and manually add it ? Or maybe revert to version 2516 ??
Obviously, there's always the last resort to reinstall everything from zero.

Any help appreciated !
